Existing smart home systems feel complex, unreliable, and difficult to trust, causing users to prioritize comfort over savings. Poor after-sales support, unclear ROI of energy-efficient devices, and lack of real-time feedback further reduce adoption, making energy management reactive rather than proactive.
The Solution
OIKOS proposes an omnichannel ecosystem that connects smart devices, retail guidance, installation support, and dashboards into one cohesive experience. By combining real-time energy insights, simple controls, predictive bill awareness, and human-assisted onboarding, the system helps users balance comfort and cost without cognitive overload. The design emphasizes trust and clarity, making energy savings understandable and sustainable.
